MANILA, Philippines -- Feisty talent manager Annabelle Rama and former
actress Nadia Montenegro have been ordered to undergo mediation, in
connection with an ongoing legal feud filed before a San Juan court.
Montenegro's lawyer, Maggie Abraham, told ABS-CBN News on Tuesday that
their camp respects the decision made the same day by the San Juan
Prosecutor's Office.
The mediation on Montenegro's libel charges (14 counts) and other
complaints filed against Rama will be officiated by the Quezon City
Regional Trial Court starting Wednesday.
The cases of grave coercion and grave oral defamation, also filed by
the former actress against the aspiring politician in February this
year, are set for mediation starting next week.
The charges of child abuse against Rama, who is running for Congress next year, has since been dismissed.
