MANILA, Philippines -- Host and actress Kris Aquino on Tuesday
praised her brother, President Benigno "Noynoy" III, for always being
there for their family.
In her guesting on "Bandila," Kris said that her brother really makes it a point to spend quality time with them.
"Alam mo kasi ang tingin namin kay PNoy, of course, we are so proud
of him and everything he is achieving but he is still my kuya, he is
still my brother. So kanina when we got our acceptance from Ateneo for
Bimby, he was so proud also. Alam mo 'yung parang we support him and
everything but there's still a sense of family na 'yung mga pang-pamilya
things nadi-discuss pa din namin," Kris said.
"We know that (he is the President) but I don't know how he does it
pero hindi talaga siya nagkukulang nang pagbibigay ng atensyon sa
pamilya. Like two weeks ago noong na-ospital ako, diretso dumalaw talaga
...kasi akala niya talaga na bubutasan na 'yung throat ko," she added.
On RH Bill
Kris stressed she's not in favor of abortions.
"I'll say it na I'm for the rights of women to have a choice. Of course, I'm anti-abortion but I support Pnoy's initiatives," Kris said.
The President said the Palace’s version is in favor of giving couples the right to choose how best to manage their families.
