MANILA - Vice Ganda isn't done yet.
During the live episode of "It's Showtime" on February 5, the comedian continued to joke about the mauling incident involving co-host Vhong Navarro, this time spoofing a recent interview of model Deniece Cornejo on GMA-7's "Startalk."

On Wednesday, during the "I Am Pogay" segment of "It's Showtime," Vice Ganda spoofed parts of the interview as he feigned an argument with co-host Kim Atienza.
Raising an arm similar to Cornejo's gestures in her interview, Vice Ganda acted out statements made by the now-controversial model, including Navarro being "makapangyarihan" or powerful, and how she will continue praying for the actor amid their legal battle.
Later in the same segment, Vice Ganda acted out a phone conversation alluding to details of the mauling incident, which allegedly involved Navarro being invited by Cornejo to her unit.
Interviewing a second "I Am Pogay" contestant, the comedian went on to make a joke that apparently shocked co-host Anne Curtis. Making a word play on Merger, a brand mentioned by the contestant, Vice Ganda said Navarro was almost "murdered."
The comedian also drew laughs for referring to Navarro as a "panda," referring to facial injuries he sustained from the attack.
Vice Ganda then addressed Navarro directly, saying he misses him. Explaining his jokes, the "Sisterakas" star told the audience that Navarro had requested him to make him laugh.
Last Saturday and Monday, Vice Ganda also made jokes referring to the mauling incident, at different times mentioning "Deniece" and referring to the "elevator" detailed in accounts of the attack.
In her complaint-affidavit filed last January 29, Cornejo claimed that Navarro forced her to perform oral sex on him and tried to insert his penis in her vagina, but was "rescued" by businessman Cedric Lee and his group.
Navarro denied raping Cornejo and claimed that he was a victim of extortion. He said he was blindfolded and tied up before being attacked by at least six men including Lee.
The actor has since charged Lee and Cornejo's group with serious physical injuries, grave threat, grave coercion, unlawful arrest, blackmail, and serious illegal detention -- a non-bailable offense.
