MANILA, Philippines -- Actor still hopes to do a reunion project with his '90s dance group Street Boys.
In an interview during the press conference for the first anniversary of his sitcom "Toda Max," Navarro said he would like to have his former group to guest in his weekly show if given a chance.
Navarro, however, conceded that it will be a long shot.

"Kasi po alam ko iba-iba 'yung lugar nila, kung nasaan sila ngayon. So para mabuo namin ay talagang napaka-impossible pa. Pero I think maari, kaya. Ang 'Toda Max,' kayang gawin," Navarro said.

The Streetboys were formed in 1993 by director Chito Rono (who still manages Navarro until now) and talent manager Lizza Nakpil. Apart from Navarro and fellow "It's Showtime" host Jhong Hilario, the group also included Sherwin Roux, Nikko Manalo, Cristopher Cruz, Meynard Marcellano, Spencer Reyes, Danillo Barrios, Carlo Quintos, Fritz Tibay Jonathan Granaderos, Mark Pastrana, Jmarth Lalic and Jon Paul Garcia.

Street Boys were known for their back flips and other gymnastics moves and even starred in their own movie, "Spirit Warriors."

Last week, Navarro and Hilario had a mini-reunion with Barrios on ABS-CBN noontime show "It's Showtime."
