Sisters Gretchen and Marjorie Barretto are set to appear together in an
interview, weeks after a string of controversies rocked their clan of
local celebrities.
The two actresses on Thursday sat down with Vice Ganda for an
upcoming episode of the comedian-host's talk show "Gandang Gabi Vice."
In a series of posts on image-sharing service Instagram, the
43-year-old Gretchen shared photos of her taping for the program, which,
according to her, will air on Sunday.
In one photo (above), captioned "ABS-CBN studio, taping for Vice
Ganda," Gretchen is seen posing with the 39-year-old Marjorie along with
their other family members -- the latter's children Leon and Claudia,
and the older Barrettos' brother Joaquin.
They are also joined in the photo by Vice Ganda.
Early this month, both Gretchen and Marjorie were embroiled in separate controversies.
In April, their mother Inday released a statement saying she had
disowned Gretchen in favor of her youngest daughter Claudine, prompting
subsequent release of statements from both warring camps within the
family.
Gretchen, in a recent interview, said that both she and Marjorie have managed to moved on from the controversies with the help of their family's unfailing presence.
Aside from Gretchen and Marjorie, actors Rayver Cruz and Gerald Anderson, and actresses Maja Salvador and Cacai Bautista taped an episode of "Gandang Gabi Vice" on Thursday.
The talk show is set to celebrate its "Year 2 Special" in an upcoming episode.
