MANILA – Matteo Guidicelli is flattered that his parents think that his rumored girlfriend, singer-actress Sarah Geronimo, is beautiful "like a Barbie doll."
In an interview with ABS-CBN News’ MJ Felipe, Guidicelli shared that Geronimo finally met his parents during his recent birthday celebration.
“It was a good time. All my friends and family were there. 'Yun lang. [My parents] love her. They think she’s like a Barbie doll. She’s beautiful daw,” he said.
Just like in his previous interviews, the “Galema” actor was curt with his statements about Geronimo, saying they just want to keep everything private.
“We’ll see. I really believe that we have to live life to the fullest and enjoy every single day. Don’t hate. Hating is such a negative thing. We should always wake up with positive vibes. Just do what you want to do,” he said.

“I don’t want to say anything because I don’t want to lie or say anything negative so I just want to keep quiet,” he added.
Nonetheless, Guidicelli admitted that Geronimo is "special" to him.
“But I don’t want to put a label. I just want to respect her family and everything. We’ll see what will happen. Basta siya na ang bahala,” he said.
During Guidicelli’s birthday party last March 28, he and Geronimo were caught on video holding hands while singing a duet of John Legend’s “All of Me.”
When Geronimo left the party, the actor even ushered the singer-actress and gave her a kiss.
