MANILA -- All three coaches of "The Voice Kids" turned their chairs for a 13-year-old girl from Dagupan City, who managed to sing a Laura Branigan classic "effortlessly" during the show's Blind Audition aired Sunday.

"Ang galing-galing mo naman! Napakabata mo pa pero pro na pro ka nang kumanta," Sarah Geronimo told Giedie Laroco after she performed the song "Power of Love."

"Mahirap 'yang kantang 'yan, 'Power of Love' -- talagang nire-require ang power of lungs. Pero you kept it calm, nag-end ka nang gracefully at nahi-hit mo 'yung high notes nang malinis," she added.

Meanwhile, Bamboo Mañalac, who was thinking hard how to get Laroco to his team, could only say: "It was just effortless."

"The Voice of the Philippines" grand winner, Mitoy Yonting, chose the same song to win last year.
Lea Salonga, Yonting's coach, said she already found the voice of Laroco "perfect."

"Honestly, I don't know what to do with you. You have it all already. You're perfect!" said Salonga.

Laroco eventually chose to join Team Lea believing the international singer will help her improve.

The 13-year-old new recruit of Team Lea has been singing for a band back in Dagupan to sustain her studies.

She used to sing in a restaurant where Yonting and his band also once performed.
Laroco said she joined "The Voice Kids" so she can her her family.
"Sumali po ako sa 'The Voice' para makapagpatayo po kami ng bahay. Nagre-rent lang po kami sa Dagupan. Mahal!" she said.
