MTRCB junks TV5's case to quit revocation of T3

Villareal, "At the begin of the listening to, TV5 advice by mouth shifted for the raising of the 20-day protective suspnesion purchase and for the revocation of the whole situation stating the revealed situation.

"Since the MTRCB had not yet obtained any asking or purchase about the claimed situation, and stating the attention of the community, the Adjudication Panel decided to DENY both activities."

Ayon pa sa spokesperson ng MTRCB, "Thereafter, TV5 advice by mouth shifted for reconsideration but since no new justifications were created by said advice, the Adjudication Panel DENIED the movement for reconsideration."

"Thus, the 20-day protective revocation released on 10 May 2012 continues to be efficient."

"The MTRCB appears by the legitimateness of the protective revocation purchase and its legislation over T3 as a community matters system, as demonstrated in TV5's program for television allow to demonstrate (which included the sworn declaration of TV5 professional Ramon del Rosario, who decided to comply with the review and classification specifications of MTRCB), and the allow itself released on 26 Apr 2012."
