MANILA, Philippines - Where's the cash?

This is the question that has stumped police in the follow-up on the case involving a man's violent attack at a bakery in Balintawak, which was captured on CCTV.

Suspect Erwin Salinas was caught on camera hitting victim "Kaylie" repeatedly with a bottle before running off with P7,000 in cash.

Kaylie, however, held on to Salinas' shirt, which helped in the suspect's arrest.

The Quezon City Police District has ordered the relief of SPO4 Rommel Concha, chief of the police community precinct at Barangay Unang Sigaw, for failing to report the incident to QCPD headquarters.

Police said the P7,000 taken by Salinas is also missing.

In an interview, Salinas said he attacked Kaylie because she gave him a wrong order at the bakery.
However, he also revealed that he wanted to kill Kaylie's dad because he was unkind to Kaylie.
