MANILA – The National Bureau of Investigation said Wednesday its findings indicate that comedian-TV host Vhong Navarro was indeed “set up,” as he claimed, in a bizarre incident in a condominium unit at Bonifacio Global City that left him seriously injured from a brutal mauling by businessman Cedric Lee and his companions.
