MANILA - Rose Fostanes, the winner of X-Factor Israel, is in the Philippines for a short visit.
The 47-year-old arrived on Wednesday night at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport from Israel, where she won the talent show last January. She will reportedly be staying in the country for a week and is expected visit her relatives in Taguig.
Fostanes, the first winner of X-Factor Israel, impressed audiences with her powerful vocals and gutsy renditions of classic songs like Frank Sinatra's "My Way."

She has also served as an inspiration not only to overseas Filipino workers, but to many people in Israel as well.
