MANILA, Philippines -- Good news for the fans of young actor Daniel Padilla as he confirmed that he will have a birthday concert at the Araneta Coliseum on April 30.

In an interview during his pictorial shoot on Wednesday, Padilla, who dreams to be a rock star, admitted that he is nervous about the concert but vowed to give his best for his fans
Pero gagawin ko lahat para maging successful 'yung show,," said Padilla, who will turn 18 on April 26.

Padilla said he will have an "old school rock" show with some of his closest friends, including his "Princess and I" co-stars Enrique Gil and Khalil Ramos.

"Pagdating mo old school, nasa '60s ka. Masarap 'yung feeling. Good vibes lahat 'yon. 'Yung suot more on black and white, brush up ang mga tao at more on rock and roll," he said.

For the fans of his love team with leading lady Kathryn Bernardo, Padilla revealed that the actress will also have a special participation in his concert.

"Gusto niya sana maging guest lang, gusto niya ma-feel 'yung nanonood lang siya," he said.
Aside from concert, Padilla is also set to record his second album.

Kasama yung 'Nasa Iyo Na Ang Lahat' at isa pa," said Padilla, referring to his popular entry in the recent Himig Handog songwriting contest.

Padilla added that he is also thinking of including inspirations songs in his second album.

Birthday gift for mom

In the interview, Padilla admitted that he is also working hard to give his biggest gift for his mother Karla Estrada -- a house.

May bahay naman kami pero iba 'yung malaking bahay pang-family talaga," he said.

Padilla, who just bought his dream car as gift to himself, said the house will be in Quezon City.
