Water levels at some Marikina watershed areas have reached "alarm and alert levels" and approaching critical, according to PAGASA flood forecasters.
Meanwhile, the NDRRMC said moderate to heavy rains is forecast in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Cagayan Valley and Isabela province.
As of 10:30 p.m. the water level at the Marikina watershed's San Mateo 1 and Santo Niño stations went past alarm level while Burgos surpassed alert level.
The water level at Burgos is at alert level.
Critical level at Burgos is at 28.40 meters. At San Mateo 1, the critical point is at 20 meters, while at Santo Niño, critical is at 17 meters.

Earlier, PAGASA weather forecasters said at 9:00 p.m. Sunday that Metro Manila, Central Luzon and the Calabarzon provinces will have "heavy to intense rains...most likely to continue for the next three hours" ending at 12 midnight.
PAGASA also said residents of these areas should expect sever flooding and are advised to take precautions.
