Bimby still gets jealous about Robin Padilla

MANILA, Philippines -- Kris Aquino's youngest son James "Bimby" Yap Jr. has yet to warm up to his mother's former boyfriend and "Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw" leading man, actor Robin Padila.

In her morning show "KrisTV" aired on Monday, Aquino told Padilla's wife, Mariel Rodriguez, that Yap gets jealous about the action star.

"I'm sure Robin makes you kuwento how Bimby hates him so much and wants to kill him," Aquino told Rodriguez, who replied that the actor has not told her anything about the young boy.

"Hindi niya kinikwento? But 'yon, I always tell him 'Bimb, he is married to Tita Mariel.' 'But he is acting with you.' Binubugbog niya si Robin sa set. Hindi siya nagku-kuwento, ngayon kinwento ka na. I told him (Padilla), 'Hoy next time na dadalaw si Bimby pwede ba dalhin mo na si Mariel para lang ma-realize ni Bimby na hindi ano,'" said Aquino.

Rodriguez then gave a message to the young boy to assure him that Padilla is in love with her.
"Bimby, baby James it's okay, Tito Robin loves me," Rodriguez said.

"Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw" is set to premiere this January.
