MANILA, Philippines – Singer Yeng Constantino has been invited to perform in Singapore as a special guest at the Academy of Rock (AOR).

In an interview with entertainment website Push.com.ph, Constantino said she feels honored that she was chosen to share her music at the school.

“It is a music school based in Europe with a branch in Singapore and the Philippines and isa ako sa napili nilang mag-perform para sa school nila.

According to its official website, AOR is the only music school in Singapore that is dedicated to teaching rock and popular music. Its mission is to raise the musicality of Singapore's youth and to promote rock music appreciation through a fun learning approach.

Meanwhile, Constantino launched her fifth album

"Metamorphosis" recently. She said she wrote almost all of the songs in her new disc.

Constanino explained that the album’s title is very apt because she also considers herself going through a new phase in life.

Ang dami kong natutunan last year na siguro comes with age din, 'yung pagiging responsible and not being afraid of exploring and experimenting para you will not live with regrets. Gusto mo pag nag-look back ka sasabihin mo na uy grabe ginawa ko 'yun,” she explained.

Constantino is the first winner of reality talent show “Pinoy Dream Academy” and she regularly appears on Sunday variety show “ASAP.”
